We work quickly and professionally and will respond to any requests within a few hours

Please provide us with a brief description of the project you would like us to help with, including the format of research, number of participants, recruitment criteria, and the demographics of the people you would like to speak to.

We will then come back to you to let you know if the specification is feasible (if it isn’t, we will offer alternatives that may work), and then provide you with a quote.

If you are happy with our quote, we will take over from there and draft briefs and screeners to reflect the specification you have sent us. Once approved, the paperwork will be sent to the relevant recruiters. We have long, working relationships with our recruiters and work closely with them to ensure the recruitment service you receive will be conscientious, professional, and high quality. We will keep you fully updated on the progress of recruitment throughout the process.

We can manage venue hire (we have links to many user labs, and venues throughout the UK), or in the case of online research, can share meeting links, consent forms, information sheets, or anything else to help with the logistics of the sessions.

Our recruiters have a huge network of contacts between them, and use a variety of recruitment methods depending on the project and its requirements.

Once recruitment is complete, we carry out quality checks and then provide you with the details of your participants, securely and in compliance with GDPR. We remain in contact throughout the project and stay on hand on the day of the project itself in case of any issues.

We endeavour to be efficient, clear and consistent in our communication with you throughout a project. With a wealth of experience under our belt, we know when a project may run into difficulties and will be transparent and clear when we foresee this.
